اثر شش هفته تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا همراه با مکمل‌دهی ال-آرژنین بر سطح اینترلوکین‌های 6 و 10 و آنزیم‌های کبدی در بازیکنان فوتبال: یک کارآزمایی بالینی

زمینه و هدف: تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا برای بهبود عملکرد ورزشی بسیار مؤثر است. با این حال، استرس مکانیکی و متابولیکی شدیدی که با آن همراه است؛ می‌تواند باعث ایجاد التهاب قابل توجه پس از ورزش و اختلالات بیوشیمیایی گذرا شود. این مطالعه به منظور مقایسه اثر شش هفته تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا همراه با مکمل‌دهی ال-آرژنین بر سطح اینترلوکین‌های 6 و 10 و آنزیم‌های کبدی در بازیکنان فوتبال انجام شد.

روش بررسی: این کارآزمایی بالینی روی 20 بازیکن فوتبال نیمه‌حرفه‌ای داوطلب در شهرستان مشهد طی سال 1404 انجام شد. آزمودنی‌ها به‌طور تصادفی ساده در دو گروه تمرین + مکمل و گروه تمرین + دارونما قرار گرفتند. مداخله به مدت شش هفته و شامل سه جلسه تمرین در هفته برای گروه‌های تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا بود. نمونه‌گیری خونی در دو مرحله (پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون) هر دو در ساعت 8 صبح و پس از ۱۲ ساعت ناشتایی صورت پذیرفت. غلظت سیتوکین‌ها با استفاده از روش آزمایشگاهی الایزا و آنزیم‌های کبدی (ALT و AST) با استفاده از روش‌های فتومتریک استاندارد و دستگاه اتوآنالایزر تعیین شد.

یافته‌ها: در مرحله پس‌آزمون، گروه تمرین + مکمل نسبت به گروه دارونما افزایش آماری معنی‌داری در سطح اینترلوکین-۱۰ و کاهش آماری معنی‌داری در سطح آلانین آمینوترانسفراز مشاهده شد (P<0.05). در مقایسه میانگین‌های درون‌گروهی، سطح اینترلوکین-6 در گروه تمرین + مکمل کاهش آماری معنی‌داری یافت (P<0.05) و در گروه دارونما به همراه دارونما تغییر معنی‌داری دیده نشد. در صورتی که سطح اینترلوکین-۱۰ در پایان دوره مداخله تمرین به همراه مکمل افزایش آماری معنی‌دار یافت (P<0.05)؛ اما در گروه تمرین به همراه دارونما تغییر معنی‌داری دیده نشد. سطح آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز و آلانین آمینوترانسفراز در گروه تمرین به همراه مکمل کاهش آماری معنی‌دار یافت (P<0.05)؛ در صورتی که در گروه تمرین به همراه دارونما در سطوح آسپارتات‌آمینوترانسفراز و آلانین‌آمینوترانسفراز تغییر آماری معنی‌داری یافت نشد.

نتیجه‌گیری: تمرین به همراه مکمل سبب افزایش معنی‌داری سطح اینترلوکین-۱۰ و کاهش معنی‌دار سطح اینترلوکین-۶ و آنزیم‌های کبدی می‌گردد.
